in the first part of the game, the plane crashes, thats all fine, but when ure swimming to the top of the water, everything is all blocky and when he gets to the top, you can see the fire and smoke, but you can't see the plane, or the lighthouse. i have to keep looking up because if the camera stays straight, it blacks out and i cant see anything. my system specs are as follows

CPU: intel celeron d 3.2 ghz
Video Card: ATI Radeon xpress 200 with 128mb, pixel shader 2.0
RAM: 368mb, i am going to get a gig soon though.

please help me.

ok, do you know how much a good videocard will cost me?

Upgrade your videocard and RAM, I'm surprised you can actually get the game to run, nevermind actually see anything.

The game needs 1GB at minimum, 2GB RAM on the safe side is good. As to the videocard, anything above you have will do good, look for cards such as the ATI X1600 series and above or the Geforce 7 and 8 series.

If you fully want Bioshock's true potential, upgrade to Vista if you haven't got it already and grab either the Geforce 8800 series or the ATI HD 3000 series as they are directX 10 cards, with the latter being DX10.1 in some cases
