What do you do after you clear all of the red tumors? It shows a bottle of white serum...but the black puss or blood keeps on reappearing and ultrasound does not show ANYTHING after you remove the 3 tumors???? anyone please help?

If I'm thinking of the same one you are, then you should inject the white serum into the organ you see on the lower-bottom of the left side of the screen, and then cut where it says to.
