Step 1 is to define theme. By "theme" if you mean graphics-wise, that's known as cell-shaded, and for cell shaded games there's Zelda: Wind Waker, Tales of Symphonia, and XIII. That's just a few games I've played on GCN and liked, if by theme you mean "Guns a-blazing" there's... well, there's still XIII... try XIII, it's good stuff.
