In the Japanese homepage of SIREN: Blood Curse/ New Translation, there's plenty of things that are not revealed anywhere outside of Japan. Descriptions of the types of Shibitos, updates about the game, information about the soundtrack, etc. One of the best extras is a series of videos about a Japanese news crew in Hanuda before the game takes place. That's what I've read around anyways, since I haven't seen all the videos yet.

Anyways, this is the link towards the videos, sadly to say it's all in Japanese from what I've seen so far but it wouldn't hurt to see what happens.
