I'm pretty new to Guitar Hero games, I got this one about 6 months ago and didn't own any previously but really I cannot do Raining Blood on hard for shit!
I've tried going in practice and slowing down to get the hammer ons right for the awkward bits but it seems like the sodding song doesn't even go in time with the notes.
It's the only song I have left to do on hard before the last boss and then I have to finish expert mode. Does anyone have any tips so I can actually get through this easier because really, it's killing me that I can get 4 or 5 stars on some songs on expert and can't even pass a song on hard?

I finally got a 5 star on it today,after all this time. It was like the only song keeping me from unlocking the Shredder achievement.
It's always the Mosh that gets most people, just work your way through it and your heart will be beating fast enough that you can strum to the rhythmn of it and soon enough you'll pass it.

once you get it on hard though its not to hard on expert.

I could never do it either, until I nearly fc'd that bit, and never ever did it again. NEVER. Just keep going, eventually you will get it. It took me, atleast 100 tries. I am not joking.
