Well i think the game, on a scale of 1-10, is definetly an 8. you should definetly put some serious consideration into buying it.

there's several annoying things in story mode. IE the times where your city suddenly develops a pressing need for something you don't have. the one where you suddenly develop a need for electricity is especially annoying.

the rating on this game is "passable" meaning is just ok..i havent heard positives on this game so i rather buy it used instead of spending 30dlls down the drain..but you be the judge of it and try it out
