I started the game with 28 Sims(at leats,I think they are Sims).I was looking at the little smiley face near the Funds box.It went up to 50,but then dropped to 0.What happened?

P.S.I would recommend SimCity Creator.It's v. fun and you can find out what your Sims are thinking and feeling,whether your taxes are too high,not enough food etc. I'm at Caveman stage still,mainly coz' i really like it and all my CaveSims are really happy because we are swimming in farms.
