So here's the deal. I want to make the cake from Portal for my sister's 21st next year. I have the recipe: Portal Cake Recipe and I have a parody song to 'Still Alive.' The only problem is, her birthday is on May 14th and I need cherries otherwise it won't work. I live in Australia and need to know when cherries will go out of season and how I can keep them in perfect condition from then to May 14 to put on the cake. Please help!
