you start out with 100 to spend, and i hope that im not breaking any rules telling you this (its not a hack but a glitch sorry if i broke any rules, but in the rules i read i did not see any thing about glitches). but to get unlimited just join an online game and open the customizations screen choose what you want no matter the cost and then simply turn off the psp. as long as you don't open the customization screen again every thing you had will stay. some times it does not work but try again if that happens.
