I am running out of Rupees really quickly, cause I keep losing the race you do with Ingo to get Epona. How do I beat him? I always end up one inch before winning. Please help!

The strategy I use is to stay as close to the rail as I can without hitting Ingo. Try to only use the first carrot and let it replenish, keeping a close second. Once you round the final turn, get beside Ingo and use all your carrots to get in front and stay in front.
