I got past the door crash part, but I crash after I kill the 2 big fish, it's when I try to go up the entrance in the water, I see no crank to open this hatch, and I crash as I try to look for one.

this doesn't happen to me, but yes, youtube can help you get past that scene

Found a workaround on Youtube. It takes you to Xen (where you will end up 2 mins further into the game anyway).
