Check out if all the flags around the map are waving... If not, then you missed a bonus games thus you're missing a coin ;-)

Note that Krematoa has 3 bonuscoins each level...

To beat the last level in Krematoa you need 25 bonus coins. I have 24. Whenever I complete the game I get a bonus coin for beating King K Rool, but I obviously can't go back into the game to finish it off. How do I get round this? I don't care if I have to end up cheating, it's bugging me!!!!
