there is a more easy way if you have a black wizard on your team you could use the Exit Magic then poof your out of the dungeon

Yeah, if you allow your party to be defeated, they will warp out.

CAUTION: They will be warped out with only 1 HP.

try getting yourself killed and see if you get teleported out. when you are in those kind of places like the earthgift shrine and killed you get teleported back out but with one HP for each person, so dont forget to heal up.
