That's right.
Not even the Admin of GameGrep knew about this, which are the main persons dealing with this procedure.
One person of the Neo Staff made a decision, and requested demotion for us both by himself, the other Neo Staff executed the progress without thinking further about it, or looking for confirmation if this is done the regular procedure way.

But that's in the past now, I'm sure they will NOT do that again.
They better not.

I don't really give a damn what status someone has; but it's best to leave it to those who are the main person for that kind of procedure.
If not; well, then some mistakes might happen and te whole situation is just a big wakka wakka.

But like I said; it's in the past now.
From mistakes we learn and adjust.

Maybe more people got demoted.

lol, I guess because of the holiday season, people have festive Holiday stuff to be doing so, Christmas shopping, Christmas Dinner, and, well, that kinda explains enough.
People have lives, too, afterall.

Well I missed most of this whole demotion incident, but basically I'm gathering Origin and Stitch were given the boot without consultation or explanation? I can understand if you guys are pissed, I received a similar (not quite as bad though) treatment when I was demoted.

Naga. Meega don't think so.

How does one person alone know something about another to come to conclusions?
That's why it's better to have more people involved in cases like this, because maybe one or 2 other people know something more about a person then he does.

Origin, if you want my oppinion; I think you deserve a second chance, if you still wanna do it.

Again, it depends on the situation. Some things like comment deletions or whatever are often left to our best judgment, but for demotions and things like this the whole team is usually involved in a discussion about the matter beforehand.

I think only 2 people should feel embarrased and sorry.
Not the whole team.

Since the Admin team of GameGrep didn't know that 2 people with an even more higherer status, made an unthoughtfull decision in a regular situation but executed in an unregulated matter.
I think I said more then enough a page and so back.
I'm pretty sure the rest is now up to the admin and Neostaff team of GameGrep, to make some changes and agreements so that this kind of situations wont happen again.

And to finish this matter off once and for all, 2 special Neostaff members will get a special video specially for them, in honor of their actions:
