Can someone please help me with Jeff's room each time I show him the newspaper and ask questions he always turns round and says that Hyde can't help him its starting to irritate me now!!! What order do I have to ask the questions and what answers do I have to give him??

Ah, then you're probably answering his questions wrong, because if you didn't show him the items, you just get kicked out of the conversations. XD
Let's see, the question about the ID - obviously, you say that his name is Damon, not Angel.
The Gun - "you wanted it found"
... I forgot what the third question is ... oO;;
But yeah. The only reason why it would be game over would be because you answered his questions wrong. That's all I can think of.

Yeah I've done that an every time I go through the questions with him like why did you hide the gun when I answer the questions he turns round and says you can't help me!!! And then its game over!

You showed him the newspaper? Show him the other stuff after the newspaper - the ID, the money, the gun, the duplicate 215 keys. He should be able to answer the questions now.
