To change the faerie and mage IDs you can use any weapon, but it will affect what they change into. Look at your Evo chart to see what weapons make your IDs change into. The devil can also be changed with any weapon, except when it turns into the cow-imp thing. After that you need to make a special weapon and collect 100 evo crystals with it. I would search the internet for a guide to make the weapon as its quite complicated and I can't remember how. Sorry for the confusion. I hope this helps. Oh, the weapon is called Chauve-Souris.
