Tecmo now has 2 options: leave their 360 owning NG buyers in a very annonyed state or make more money with them by making the new content available...
Logic would have them go for the lucrative option, so let's allow ourselves a bit of hope.

Now I'm just annoyed. Not because of the gameplay/content, but the story. It's why I was pissed with the original Sigma, it held the full story from the Xbox versions.

I don't hate Sigma, I hate the rat-bastard who runs Tecmo and decides these things and treated Team Ninja like crap though thats the only team they have that makes them any real money.

Come on... show a little optimism! Besides you don't add a DOA character to NG and then not try to sell it to the exisiting DOA fan base.
There's already a huge outcry on the net from the 360 owning NG fans. Everybody wants the new content except a few obtuse fanboys who choose to hate sigma because it's not for 360.
There's a trailer out there now. Google it if you're interested. There will also be an online coop mode and playable Momiji. The girls in action look really nice!

Its also the fact that they're going to try to run it on the Sigma engine, though I highly doubt they actually will. Probably change some minute detail to the engine MS co-developed for them and slap the Sigma name on it to avoid lawsuits.
Team Ninja, particularly Itagaki, were rather disappointed with Sigma, this is Tecmo's CEO and such ordering this I think. And Team Ninja has had history with always getting the short end of the deal when it comes to Tecmo's higher ups making choices for them.

I dunno... It still an opportunity to make some easy money for tecmo. It would be dumb not to take advantage of it, especially in a recession.
I realize this is very wishful thinking, bu come on... let's pretend we will get an upgrade, too.
What do you want in it?
I want Ayane as a selectable character, not just a few chapters like Rachel.

Agreed. With Tecmo doing what they did just to make Sigma 2, they really don't care about Microsoft right now.

Even without Itagaki acting as an MS ambassador, money is money, and they do have a big fan base among 360 owners.

I'm not too optimistic, only Itagaki was really into working with Microsoft, and Tecmo went through all the trouble of worming their way out of their contracts to make Sigma 2.
