I accidently deleted my mailbox on a massive garbage extinguishing spree.. So now that lot where the house was is missing a mailbox and is practically useless since it stops all interaction with any other sim that is in the game.

Also when I try and go to neighborhood 6,7,8 I cannot move any of my families into any of the properties.

Anyone have suggestions or solutions?

I've tried using the transmogrifier, but I can't change the mailbox enough to make it show up in buy mode. Unless I'm just doing that wrong :S
