What would you want the next band specific Guitar Hero to be? I would have to say it should be based on The Clash. While I am a huge fan of metal, The Clash is my all time favorite band, and I would love to see more of their songs on music simulation games.

The songs would just be awesome, Hey Joe, All along the Watchtower, Machine Gun, Little Wing, Purple Haze the list goes on and on.
Obviously the Guitar will be really hard, but also Mitch Mitchell's drumming was crazy and will prove very challenging.
