I downloaded a 3 parts grandia 2 for pc

now i downloaded deamon lite

then i mount the cd1 to install the game

when i press the install an error appears

PROBLEM:
An installation Support file could not be installed

Data error( Cyclic Redundancy Check)

Solutions:

None...

Can someone tell me what can i do to fix this problem
