I have completed career mode with 245 stars out of 245 stars but cannot get the "Unlockable Songs". Why not?

Buy Death Magnetic album DLC for GH3/WT. Those 3 songs are only on-disc for Wii and PS2.

There are none. You start with all songs unlocked.
