there is a problem with the cutscenes, they start fast fowarding for no reason. I went and bought same mgs and the same problem, i live in pal territory, any help?

If you tried two different disks and two different PS2 consoles...it obviously would of worked.....I dont no whats wrong with it....is there anything else wrong with it?

Ya no the skip button...to skip the text...I havent played the game in a year so im not to sure what button it is.

Well if you tried 2 different discs of the same game and it still fast forwards there could be 2 reasons why its doing it:
1. Your PS2 is damaged. 2. Your controller is broken (preferably the skip button)

Maybe your disc is very dirty or its probably because your playing it on a very beat up PS2.
