I dont know if anyone has noticed, but when you are just outside Masyaf, where there are some Assasin's guards and a Tower, theres a guard that is color red when you see him with the Eagle Vision, all the other ones are blue, what does that means?

They are Templars, they are red because they will attack you on sight.
