Figured it out - you have to sign out of PSN for the cheat to work. They dare not let you use it while online in any form.

Same rule applies for 360 users.

I used cheats before when i was playing it as i prefer playing the game in 3rd person. BUt I came to play it this week and the cheats no longer work...

I cannot change to 3rd person. Has anyone had this problem?
