No, you win it once you beat Razor. It's claimed not to be the best car in the game, probably because of the fact that you can't customize the performance, but the way it drives... DAMM, I wish i could drive that BMW in real life.

yup, you win it and can use it for free roam. its not the best car in the whole game though. the acceleration and top speed levels are maxed out, but the handling only fills halfway.
