Not unless you hook up a standard Xbox 360 wired/wireless controller as well. Then you can go to Band Quickplay / Band World Tour and choose 2 different characters (and for the World Tour, 2 different gamertags) and "Voxtar". There is no way to navigate both the microphone and the Guitar with the same remote at this time.
