There's a whole lot of vehicles to collect for him. Once you've delivered a vehicle, save your game at Bohan, then reload. Stevie will immediately send a message for the next car. A tip if the car's damaged - park it at Bohan safe house then save and reload. The car will be in perfect condition. You can then deliver it to the garage, just round the corner. You don't get the 'you've found the car Stevie's looking for' caption, but if you got that message when you first took it, it's still the right car.
