If you want to do scratch, do it dot-by-dot, and dont scratch TWEWY sprites unless you are willing to put in hours to get out a half decent sprite. TWEWY's sprite style is incredibly over shaded, so I dont suggest you scratch. Just fuse like most of us, or try pokemon spriting.
