I just did the star again, since she wasn't changing it, and it worked... she moved on the the four-leaf clover, and then the symbol of the gods, so I'm good ^^

I did it right and the guy said that and everything. But I went back to the girl but the thought didn't change.

You're not doing it right. If you do it right the kimono guy will say "That pattern almost seems as if it could make something happen". Go back to the girl and the picture will change.
