The CAW mode is probably the best thing about this game. I don't know about everyone else, but I really geek out when I make my own characters; I even plan out little personas and biographies in my head, haha. So I had a lot of fun recreating characters I had previously created in other DWs and ROTKs.
Right behind ya, I hope with DLC (if there will be any, it says dlownloadable content as the only xbl feature on the box) we get more costumes, hair styles, ect., and maybe unique to create a charecter weapon styles, or custom weapons. I do think it's too bad they took unlocking charecters and musou mode out of the game.

Same here. That is of course, until the moveset you want no longer exists. Then you have to tweak some.

Just a heads up, before starting any of the campaigns as a ruler of office, complete all the vagrant missions first. (If enough time)

You'll get random (or perhaps not, haven't figured that out yet) skill bonuses that will stay in effect through the campaign, such as becoming stronger after the first 5 minutes of a battle have elapsed, or always being stronger during an invasion/etc. You will also unlock CAW parts from fighting & defeating CAW-enemies (pirates/bandits).

After this you can step up to officer and/or ruler mode with added strengths.

I co-sign with you. LOL
Oddly, I created a character that looks like me.

Create a Warrior is more robust than ever. You choose their sex, then face and scale, followed by a large selection of clothing (with more you will unlock), their weapon, voice, stats, special attack, and so on.
