_{I have a HBG setup.

Weapon: Emperor Lao Shan Cannon with Power Barrel
Armor: Full Shinobi Heaven gemmed for Speed Fire, Element Attack Up, and Evade+2

Strategy is pretty simple: Bombard him with Water shots, and bring the Materials for more. Speed Fire maxes your Recoil, but Element shots aren't affected by recoil (nor are Normal shots, for that matter). Not only that, but Water S acts like a Pierce shot (though it doesn't get any sort of damage boost from the Pierce S Up skill), so it inflicts multiple hits as it passes through the Gravios.

As for average time, I did the quest in just under 12 minutes. It would have been under 10 minutes, but the minions kept getting me killed.}

well indeed it was it couldve taken you decades possibly the whole 50 minutes without losing to kill him. The biggest help is to have HGE (high grade earplug) Because when you flash him he roars nonstop and it gives you massive belly hits

I tried this quest earlier with daimyos warbow IV, but only had 185 defense! I take it this was a big mistake!!
