Is it me or is it impossible to ace the first level.
The bit where the bridge falls. i cant see to get past with out falling. the bird never seems to come down

Sounds about right. If you don't activate the race, the bird comes down after the bridge, but if you start it, you can swing across and not touch the bottom. Lands you a nice pirate prize if I remember.

Yeah that's right. You have to stick a 'Rainbow Shoe' sticker on the cardboard cut out by the first wall and then you can start a race. This then brings the bird down.

If i remember correctly, you have to use the shoe sticker to start the race mode, before it will come down.
