Play as Rayquaza
Beat Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness 10 times. On the same memory card, save a Mario Party 4 file that was beaten 20 times on Hard. Trade a Rayquaza to XD from an Emerald game. Next time you start Mario Party 4, It'll ask you "Rayquaza detected on other game file. Accept?" press A.
Now you can play as Rayquaza.

Watch Teletubbie videos for 5 hours straight (no bathroom breaks!) Then turn on your Gamecube and load the Mario Party 4 game. press all the buttons at the same time on your controller when it says press start. you will then get the choice to choose a type of teletubbie or the normal characters!!!!!
