Well, I just want to know what do you think Chrono Break will turn out like. Now, personally I didn't enjoy Chrono Cross very much, and I'm wondering if they will mess up on Chrono Break too. Just tell me what you think.
(In case you don't know, Chrono Break is going to be the next Chrono Trigger series game.)

I don't think they would announce two Chrono titles at the same time even if they were to make it. Right now, we can wait for the Chrono Trigger DS remake, and then we'll see...

Still nothing new on Chrono Break. The future for another Chrono title is looking slim. It's a shame, I thought the series was great.

Unfortunately, there's no info about it so far... I am optimistic, however. Why would Square-Enix block any attempt to create a remake, if they themselves weren't planning to use the trademark (or franchise or whatever; sorry, I don't know which is the proper word) some time in the future?

I quite enjoyed Chrono Cross. I could spend ages playing that game. It was so enjoyable, to me. The characters were great, the storyline was good, and I so want to play it right now but I can't.

Chrono Cross wasn't that bad. It didn't quite live up to my expectations however. I wanted to use Crono in the sequel.

There was a huge demand, but they gave us Chrono Cross, a very disappointing title when compared to CT. That's why I feel the series has been scraped, because it failed to meet the demand of gamers. So it's a risk to put another title out.

If a new Chrono game was in development, I'm sure we'd have heard about it by now. Things look grim for the Chrono series. The Chrono series was originally developed by Monolith soft, and published by Squaresoft, but Monolith has since left Squaresoft, and is with Namco now.
If Square-enix does indeed continue it's Chrono series, it will not be made by the original teams that worked on the original, but a new team, and I'm not sure how they would do. Chrono Trigger is a really good game, and people would expect a game of equal calibur if another sequel is to be made.
I would love to play another Chrono game. Chrono Trigger is one of my top RPGs of all time, but I doubt Square-enix will continue the franchise unless there is a huge demand for it.

That is true.
I guess we'll have to wait until the launch of the Playstation 3 then. I hope there is going to be another Chrono game. If not, then I'll be very dissapointed.
