Well I doubt this will be answered considering no one posts here, but what the hey.

I started making Quake maps 4 or 5 years ago. I haven't made that many(at least not that many that I would put on the clan page) but the ones I've made I'm proud of.

Who else makes Quake maps?

ya, 4 yrs and one divorce later lol

Ya, I only made one room maps too. I just made a huge room and worked on it till I mastered it then I'd kick everyones asses in it.

... And almost 4 years after the last reply, I post to this. Rofl

I used to love making Quake maps. However, I was more into detailing one room at a time. For this reason, it was very rare that I would finish a Quake map. I've finished like about 5% of all maps I've started lol

My fiance makes maps for Q2 and more recently Doom 3 Alpha and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. He's much better at the technics of mapping whereas I'm a little better at the geometry parts of it. I don't know, it's wierd. anywayz...yeah. So he's a lot better at the 3d aspects of maping whereas I tend to prefer oldschool.

Don't be shocked... I loved Quake1 but when i started editing Q2 was just released and i was caught by the sugarrush of making new maps and i made lots of CTF maps. The CTF was smth new and the original maps were not that good. Now i'm doing a lot of mapping for CounterStrike. I'm just waiting for Q4.

I'm shocked someone has posted!

I've only made Quake1 maps. I used Qoole. It always worked fine with me. Some of the maps I've made can be found on our Quake clan page. Along with the Corporate Doom Mod that we made.

Klan Kill

Sorry it's under construction. Hopefully it will be up soon.

I started is 1998. Quake2 was just released.I was using DeathmatchMaker Beta. It was crappy. Then appeared Worlcraft which was smth else. And now the Radiant. I always liked Q1. My favorite deathmatch map ever made is QDM6. I love that map. I made conversions for Q2 and Q3.
