Alright I'm gonna make this simple! first make your way up the skeletal dragons back and when you reach the spot right before the poles look to your left. There should be a ledge and on it should be a warp platform that will take you to the peak of a spire. Walk around the path on that spire and the flight coin should be there. Good luck!
