Actually, a game called 'Haunting Ground' for the same system, was suppose to be Clock Tower 4. Capcom just wanted to make it into it's own game.
Hope thishelps.

mature, 'Jom', very mature... If there is one thing in the world that annoys me more than inane questions, it is posts that begin with '*sigh*'. People will start getting into a series when it gets good-not necessarily at the start. I had never heard of clock tower before this one, and i read a lot about classic, current and upcoming games. From what i hear, the story is the only commendable feature of the previous games. Bad graphics, boring and slow gameplay-you should just read a book if you want a good storyline!!!

I SO AGREE! Dennis not dying SO isnt like clock tower. EVERYONE the main character is close to is suppossed to die! (cept for in 'The struggle within/Ghosthead' when that detective guy lived too, but w/e. The newest clock tower was good, but also didnt feel too much like clock tower. i mean in clock towere their were boss battles but u still had to just use what u had. you didnt get no bow and arrow! clock tower 2: before scissor man gets sucked into that big hole, thats a boss battle but there was no weapon! then in the next clock tower, there was stephanie, those zombies, and then that scientist guy. (sorry havent played either of the 2 in forever) SADLY i have not been able to track down the VERY original clock tower anywhere I want it SO BAD!

*sigh*, Alright, listen Spyro princess, this is infact Clock Tower 3... In your post you said that you'd like to see Bates in Clock Tower 2... Im a little curious to how many of you here have actually played any of the previous clock towers? This one is infact the fourth one, but its named three because the first one and second one went by the same name in America, making it "one". All of you people out there who just decide to go into the middle of a series really... REALLY get under my skin. You drive me mad! Always begin with the first. Always... Its how they're meant to be. Its almost a respect issue really... So please, how many of you out there have actually touched a Clock Tower game before this one? ( I gotta say, Capcom did a horrible job on it... I will never forgive them ). ( Im just a little Clock Tower obsessed really... )

Yeah, I've heard the game was short. I'm in Level 3 now. I'm finding that once I figure out a level, and go back and replay it, I can zip thru in about 20 minutes...pick this up, go back here, run away from the jackass, go into this room...
For me, it was the exploring and figuring stuff out that takes awile. I'm starting level three, which seems harder because that chopper guy seems to be constantly jumping out all over the place.
