I had the same problem. i was able to fix it by simply changing the resolution. i had this bug in every level but babylon.

Recently started playing Indy again, but got the same problem.
In Shambala the camera doesn't follow Indy, but instead you only see the image with which the chapter started. I can move, but I'm basically blind.
