I think you have to start a season and whoever gets the most spots up after the end of the season from the first race gets the Hard Charger Award

Does anyone know how to obtain the Hard Charger Award (in the trading card section)??. I tried winning a 10 lap race on pro after using 'quick race' purposely qualifying in last and I won the race...it didn't work.
