Maridia is my favorite by far. It is actually my favorite place in the whole series. The animals, the music, the variety, and my favorite boss lives there. It's fun to just walk around the area and look at the scenery.

I love Mairdia. The watery design looked awesome and I liked how the environment had the quick sand in some areas. The area is definitely one of the most innoviative environments in the Metroid Series which is rivaled by Sky Town in my opinion. I also liked the Draygon boss battle since that was that neat little trick with the Grapple Beam. The Mocktroid lab area was cool too. I really liked Brinstar too, especially the green organic areas of that region.

SNES games still rock, fool. I just played through Super Castlevania IV, Super Metroid and Contra III and I had a fun time doing so.

Haven't you ever heard of Ebay? You can find almost any old game on there. There's a videogame store in my town that has hundreds, if not thousands, of NES and SNES games for sale as well.

I like Norfair, because it's the biggest and the most items are found there.

My favorite setting is either the red Brinstar (the area before you challenge Kraid) because of the suspense and wicked music, or as everyone else says, Lower Norfair. That place is soooooo freakin' cool, the music is really good and the whole area is really well done. Plus I feel the difficulty level rises a lot around there.

Its still pirating though. Roms are only legal if you legally own the game, which usually isn't the case regarding Roms.

I think I mentioned it before, but I always liked the lower regions of Norfair best.
