I was talking with one of my female friends earlier, and i brought up the subject of how I'm getting a hardcore metal pad (check the image at the bottom of the post), and she said "That's awesome, but isn't this a girl's game?"
Now, I don't know about all you guys that play this game, but that really pissed me off. I told her that the only people that I know that are really good at this (that I've SEEN play) are guys. I'm not saying that girls can't pwn at this game too. Quite the contrary. But I'm also saying that this is no girl's game!
What are your opinions on this? >_<

DDR is a game for both guys and girls. i'm a girl and i play DDR. but i have tons of guys friends who are obsess with DDR. so DDR is a game everyone can play and no just girl. and i guess it's true that most guys are better than girls in DDR.

It's definitely a game for both genders. But, as people have said, I mostly see guys who are really dedicated. All the guys I know who play rule that game. But don't worry...I'm dedicating a lot more time to DDR, and I'ma own every guy I know!! Bwahahaha.

Well in the end it does not really matter what kind of people play and how good they do. Konami did not make this Just for boys or Just for girls. They made it to make money, and they are doing a very fine job. I know this sounds corny but uhh its true.

I know tons of boys who play DDR...One of my closest friends (whose a boy) practices DDR everyday and goes to arcades almost every weekend to play and get money for doing really cool tricks, yes, he does get real moolah...
