Ebot's Rock is where you fight Hidon. The place where you get Gogo is called Triangle Island. Close enough though.

In the World of Ruin, fly to Ebots rock and battle a sand worm(or whatever it is). let it swallow your whole party and make your way through the dungeon. Gogo's at the end.
