well... i hope that they do make a new tidal wave/mirage because he really is awesome!!!!
apart from sixshot (generation 1) he's my favourite transformer!!!

To disappoint you even more, I've not even seen anything that is supposed to be Tidal Wave/Mirage in the prototype galleries of figures to be released as part of the Cybertron toyline that have shown up so far (that I know of at least). That, of course, doesn't necessarily mean anything, though.
