Is it true Ramza can be a Dark Knight? I've tried twice but I coudn't get him... I searched the web and found this:

Dark Knight Ramza
Before the battle where Gafgarion betrays you, strip him of his equipment and turn him into a preist. Then before the battle at Goland Execution Site, put all the equipment on Ramza. After the battle he will be a Dark Knight.

Well it seems that in this setting powers are bestowed by higher nobility or the church of Glabados. With Ramza disreguarding both to do what was right it is not surprising that he was able to become a Dark knight. Admittedly more then once I have left him a squire only to find him pretty useless in the final battle.

Ramza! It's your turn. What do you do???

Maybe they removed it because it didn't make sense. Ramza as a Dark Knight? I'd expect him to be more of a White Knight or Holy Knight to be honest.

It was, where it was available, offered after Ramza finally defeated Gafgarion once and for all. He turned instantly into a soul crystal which offered the job.

So hey... we did not get that... But we still get Ultima.

Also one thing ramza can also do other chars cant when hes a squire( i cant spell) is wear knight armor

But speaking of Monks, doesn't anyone else think it's ridiculous that they can't equip headgear? The males have a headband in their sprite. It made my angry when I first played this game when I couldn't equip Twist Headband + Power Sleeve + Bracer.
