During the Marsh Lodge level, where they introduce the boat, do you leave the atv behind for good, for do you ever go back for it??

Hold R3 when you are in the boat to reset the position of the boat.

umm I kinda beached the boat right by the lodge, went in, changed clothes for the marsh level, saved and went back out. I cant get the boat back in the water, any thoughts?

You leave it behind for good and take the boat, but you get a change to rent different vehicles later in the game depending on which area you are at.
