dude u can put cheats in wether ur in ufo or probing a majestic agent but u hav 2 pause first. then there r 2 cheats wich can only b activated on the mothership:Lots-a DNA, or unlock stuff in poxs lab

Next time dont type like that, I had a hard time understanding it. What were the weapons called. I think you might be thinking about the prototype game which had different weapons in it than the original.

you put them in when you land after you get out of the spaceship

So, do you put them in as you're landing, or do you put them in during one of the loading screens?

You can enter them anytime when you land. You don't have to be going to a mission to enter them but you can't be in the mothership and enter them.
