I read a cheat that said that you can unlock evil kirby by beating the game with 100%, collect every enemy card, and beating boss mode. is this true?

I heard that too. I have all the cards, Got 100% Beat miracle matter, need to beat O2.
There was even mention of Shadow Kirby on the walkthrough
