Some people don't want one, usually because of email woes.
I don't especially mind setting things back to no guest postings, but we do get the occasional non-spam guest. The russian spambots should slow down soon as soon as they realize nobody here speaks their language and can understand their advertisements, and I'm sure the supers are going to start taking some more measures to prevent them, since they've been hitting every forum more or less.
Well, what about people with problems who can't make an accounts?
How can you get problems by trying to make an account?

I think this forum should be for Registered Members only because of the spam like the thread that have been titled in Russian and the message in the thread is in Russian. I think this would stop those annoying spam threads.

Some more updates, finally found an old thread. Way-back-when there was a thread on Sleepwood detailing "Maple Story's story", giving the history of the world. It's since been deleted as far as I know, and I happened across it's new residence. Personally, I think it's incredibly interesting, and provides a lot of insight as to why things are the way they are.
Also made use out of edit tags in the Info thread, the first post now has a running log of all edit dates, and the posts below only have the date last edited.

I don't see why not. I would rather not lead it though since I'm pretty bad with storytelling. Do you want to be in charge of it?
A bit of news: I've edited forum permissions to be more lax to new members again, since we haven't seen a spambot-hell in months now.

The guest limits are pretty lax, but there as a precaution considering that advertising bots love making 2d10 threads. (2d10 - Two ten sided dice)

Ummm well I dunno if it will really work since Maple is a game that we can play together,but still I'll ask....
Well could we have an RP????
Like could we be charaters in the Maple world...trying to be some sort of hero/villian.
I know Maple is a free-roam game but there could be plots surrounding the bosses(Horned Tail,Zakum....etc).
