200k for level 30+

You can do both.

On as many characters as you have on that server.

So far I have 200k+ with level 20 equips on my aran and the level 18 stuff on my mages.

That's why there's a lending limit and a blacklist.
Like a one mil max unless specified otherwise by the lender.
Those that don't pay simply won't be lent to again.

Some people don't want one, usually because of email woes.

I don't especially mind setting things back to no guest postings, but we do get the occasional non-spam guest. The russian spambots should slow down soon as soon as they realize nobody here speaks their language and can understand their advertisements, and I'm sure the supers are going to start taking some more measures to prevent them, since they've been hitting every forum more or less.

I think this forum should be for Registered Members only because of the spam like the thread that have been titled in Russian and the message in the thread is in Russian. I think this would stop those annoying spam threads.
