theres a few clips on youtube about FFx2I, as far as I can see the game is in english with japanese subtitles and text in last mission, as well as being able to get new characters and dresspheres, so get learning japanese! you're gonna need it

I'd guess no - Sony would still be enforcing their usual region locking.

I'm confused - is the last mission Enlish voice overs with Japanese subtitles? Or is it without voices and only using subtitles?

Final Fantasy X-2 International + Last MIssion only comes with japanese subtitles. Well, at least the last mission part does. But you can purchase the game off of ToysnJoys.com.

Yes because it is still english version but just a version with more dress spheres and an extra last mission and it has japanese subtitles.
